RETURNS: Returns will be accepted providing the exact item(s) that were originally sent come back in the condition it was sent (sealed, shrink wrapped, unused, if the item is new and sealed, that is the only way it will be returned, etc...), insured with delivery confirmation and shipped same method received unless otherwise prompted. Returns go back to the same address they came to you from. Some items are sold new or in a package, removing them from the packaging may suspend your buyer protection. Returns will have any and all original shipping costs (including "free" shipping) deducted before refunding and may have a restocking fee of up to 20%. Customers opting for exchange or replacement are exempt from restocking from returns & a customer requested cancel. Items damaged in the return process will be worked out through the insurance you purchased when you returned the item. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. The original shipping will not be refunded.
